Roger believes that his success can give a ray of hope to other persons with ailments or impediments, so that they can still enjoy the joys and successes of life. He believes that hard work pays off, and declared that his accomplishments come from the Creator. This is the reason why he has decided to give back to what he enjoys doing, which is creating champions on the mat. 

 

He started wrestling at a very late age due to being part of a military family living overseas. From there, Mr. Stewart went on to excel at all level from high school to being world class athlete while being deaf. During that time, he felt that being a better coach than a better wrestler can change his life which actually did. Roger has always wanted to start his own travel team as he has been coaching numerous of schools at all age levels in both state of Virginia & Colorado. As you know his theory is too promote the education and training of persons in scholastic, collegiate, and international wrestling rules and techniques as well as in physical and mental fitness, who inspires to teach wrestling, and the education of the general public in the sport of wrestling. Empowering the future generations with wrestling fuel. It is giving them the power and confidence to make healthy choices on their own.
